A special guest says about us…

Especially these days we have the pleasure of welcoming recurring guests, who have grown fond of our way of working and our home… and we are so happy to have with us!

One of them is definitely Pierluigi, a sports doctor who often stays in one of our properties for work, but also for leisure.

As our loyal guest, we asked him to take a few minutes to respond to a short survey in order to improve even further our hospitality services, and share his point of view with you!

Here you are:

1) In the last year, how many times have you been to Como for work? I have been in Como for 5 weeks in total, but initially we had planned many more than that.

2) How did you discover the vacation homes of My Home In Como? I discovered you through Airbnb, and then I clearly became your direct and loyal guest 🙂

3) As a frequent guest, what led you to stay in our homes several times? There are many reasons why I am choosing to stay at your properties. Certainly the welcoming and friendly staff approach, and the quality of the new and renovated properties. Punctuality in solving any problems (very few!) and of course the clean and fresh conditions I always find my apartments in. By now My Home in Como also know my taste: once Alessandra even offered me a Nuvola, a typical Como dessert!

4) What did you like most about your stays in Como? Unfortunately I come for work and I rarely do tourism. Como, however, seems to me a quiet city, with a nice and easy life, plus it offers many cultural ideas… and then I adore jogging along the lake – such a unique experience!

5) What substantial differences did you notice during your stay in a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel? I am much more comfortable in a holiday home. Having to stay for particularly long periods, and for work-related reasons, if I stay in a holiday home I feel more at home!
